Horizontal Motorsports (horizontalmotorsports.com) owns and operate this Website. This document governs your relationship with horizontalmotorspors.com (“Website”). Access to and use of this Website and the products available through this Website (collectively, the "Products") are subject to the following terms, conditions and notices (the "Terms & Conditions"). By using the Products, you are agreeing to all of the Terms & Conditions, as may be updated by us from time to time. You should check this page regularly to take notice of any changes we may have made to the Terms & Conditions. 


Access to this Website is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Products without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to part or all of this Website.


Billing Terms


We accept all major credit cards (Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, Discover®) as well as PayPal. Your selected method of payment will be charged for the full amount of the Order Total at the time the order is submitted.


Lead Times/Build Times


All parts that are listed as IN-STOCK on the store will usually ship within 2-business days of payment, any CUSTOM built shortblocks or other parts can take longer, more accurate times can be found by calling us at 503-612-6641


Return Policy


If the return is a result of our error (i.e. you received an item other than what you specified in your order or received damaged item), we will cover the shipping charges.


No shipping refund will be given on orders that have already shipped and are cancelled while in transit or are refused upon delivery.


All returns must be in new, unused condition in the original packaging. If the item has been run on the car, the parts CANNOT BE RETURNED. This is clearly marked inside every box that we ship out. There are VERY few instances when we will take returns on parts that have been run on the car unless there is a functional/warranty defect/failure in the part.


Please note that all sales are FINAL on custom orders.


Refunds


All refunds will be credited to the original purchase method (credit/debit card or PayPal). You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).


Refused/Undeliverable Orders


Refused or undeliverable orders that are returned to our facility will be processed like a standard restocking return; this means that all shipping costs, including return freight charges, re-stock fees and any return-to-sender fees assessed by the shipping carrier, will be deducted from your product refund. If parts are returned because they are undeliverable, the parts will be held until the customer contacts us with a new shipping address and pays the shipping fee. If your parts are returned undeliverable by the shipping company, and you decide that you no longer want the parts, the 50% restocking fee will be assessed. Keep in mind that international orders which have been refused by the receiver or deemed undeliverable by the shipping carrier may be subject to customs clearance charges on the return shipment. Horizontal Motorsports reserves the right to deduct the cost of these customs clearance charges, in addition to all freight charges and re-stock fees, from your product refund.

Warranty Policy

All parts sold and not manufactured by Horizontal Motorsports have NO-WARRANTY unless a manufacturer warranty is implied, if so all claims must be taken up with the manufacturer of the part in question.
